I wrote him an e-mail and he reached out to me via phone because he thought it would be easier for me. Hands down more companies need to do this. The crap with the e-mail or on line chat is garbage and all it is is you end up waiting while they attempt to multi-task (which NEVER works) and you end up on the chat 5 times longer. This company has old skool customer service that is rare these days. The canopy itself was purchased for my very tall boyfriend because he has had several bouts of skin cancer removed. This cover made him feel safer about the adventures of kayaking in the sun. I wish this company continued success. They deserve it.

Very good, high quality canopy, provides lots of shade from the sun, but if the wind is too strong, it gets blown away. I think it should have a little string at each end, to tie it down to the boat, sort of an anchor. Then it would be perfect. Anyway, I still love it. I was able to stay on the lake all day long, in the hot sun. I received lots of compliments. Plus the fact that you make it right here in the USA !! That’s very rare nowdays, with everything being made in China. Good job guys 👍🏻👍🏻.

We absolutely love our canopies! Every time we go out on the water someone paddles up and asks us about them. It is so nice to have that shade on a hot day. Lets us stay out longer. Matthew (the owner) is great if you have any pre or post sale questions. Great product! Another reviewer mentioned that in a strong wind the rear mounts can pop loose, and we did have that happen. If you are concerned they have an all-weather lockdown strap for the rear that will prevent this from happening. I just installed then last weekend.

The canopy works great and we get a lot of questions about them. We do have a lot of people who say how great they look. They are easy to install and getting the height adjustment piece work great when we go to different springs. We kayak in the Ocala and Gasinsville area a lot. We have them on a 9 and half foot kayak and a 13 foot kayak. Works great for both, they are a god send in the Florida sun.
